Some people crochet for fun. I tell jokes.

As part of The Rocks Pop-Up Festival in Sydney, I co-wrote and starred in Circuit - a series of six intersecting monologues set in a gym, that explored all the variety of things people are working out while they're working out.
After a successful two-week run as part of the festival, we caught the eye of the Sydney Independent Theatre Company who commissioned Circuit as part of their official season.
"Circuit is an incredibly enjoyable night of theatre. The delivery of the piece makes us feel that we have been personally chosen to become each character's workout partner. The humour is also expertly scripted and delivered, with countless one-liners hitting home..."
"The packed opening night audience loved this show, which is great fun and showcases some tremendous talent. It has a biting, witty, at times cuttingly sarcastic script and is performed with gusto by its young, sparkling, multi-talented cast."
As part of TEDx Sydney's film program, I wrote and produced Archaics Anonymous - a light-hearted look at the changing of the guard of the old and new.
From the initial concept, the script was developed via an improv session and brought to life with stop-motion and a baby budget.
The film premiered at the Sydney Opera House as part of TEDx Sydney 2015.
In 2010 I took part in the Griffin Theatre's 24-Hour Play Offs.
Each given only a prop as a stimulus, 6 playwrights had to write a 10-minute-play overnight and then have it directed, rehearsed and performed by the following evening.
I was lucky enough to win 'Best Play' on the night from the panel of judges.
Looking back, the play is objectively terrible. But a win is a win!
DANDY Magazine was a grass roots publication which celebrated the creative achievements of the LGBT+ community. I moonlighted for them once in a while.
